As we believe this to be a true specialty area, dedication to children is a requirement for a career through our facility. Since children require a high level of energy from a therapist, we look for those who have a true heart for pediatric service.
Lucid Speech & Language Clinic Inc. is a rapidly growing pediatric speech therapy clinic based in the Inland Empire established in 1997. We are in need of both Speech Language Pathologists and Speech Language Pathology Assistants. Positions are also available for experienced pediatric Occupational Therapists and Audiologists. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
We provide services for clients with a wide array of diagnoses including autism, childhood apraxia of speech, cleft palate, genetic syndromes, expressive language delays, and stuttering to name only a few. We service clients from birth to 18 years of age. We also participate in community events and work on clinical research projects. Parents of our clients tend to be very involved in the therapeutic process and thus applying therapists must enjoy working with whole families.
The practice offers competitive salaries, paid vacation time, multiple holidays, and full medical/dental/vision/life insurance policies. Professional development training is provided when needed. Additionally, all therapists have personal computers and private offices containing the most up to date therapeutic materials. CFY candidates are welcome with supervision provided by experienced pediatric Speech Language Pathologists.
